Residents of Al-Homyat district behind Al Sadr and Fever Hospital appealed to the presidency of the First District of Zagazig in Sharkia Governorate, due to the spread of garbage mounds, scavengers and fires to the complaints system of the Council of Ministers via WhatsApp, which poses a threat to their lives and contributes to the spread of diseases and epidemics. To preserve the health and safety of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in Sharkia responded to the distress call of the residents of the area, who are suffering from the accumulation of garbage that causes the emission of unpleasant odors. Immediately, the director of the portal contacted the head of the First Zagazig district, and reported that sanitation officials went to the place of the complaint and the entire area of ​​the complaint was removed and the accumulations of garbage were removed and the necessary action was taken to preserve the lives of citizens.
