In implementation of the directives and instructions of Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways that are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp and websites, in addition to field follow-up and engagement with citizens and listening to their problems and working to solve them.
In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in Sharkia responded to the complaint monitored via Facebook (face book) for the unified complaints system in Sharkia, in which citizens are harmed by the lack of lighting in Farid Al-Tarouti Street from the Girls' Preparatory School to Abu Al-Amr Gas Station in Faqous Center and City, which poses a threat to citizens and exposes them to danger daily.
Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the presidency of Faqus Center and City to quickly resolve the complaint, and immediately the engineering department of the lighting department in the center reported that the street is lit and there are no dark poles except for the guidance poles according to the decision of the Prime Minister, the Minister, the Governor of Sharkia, and the President of Faqus Center and City to preserve the lives and safety of citizens.
The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to resolve the problem and thanked the Governor of Sharkia and the concerned authorities. |
