Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways that are received through the Unified Government Complaints System, social media, WhatsApp and websites, in addition to field follow-up and engagement with citizens and listen to their problems and working to solve them.
The residents of Al-Nahal, headed by the First District of Zagazig in Sharkia Governorate, appealed for help from the failure to operate public lighting on Al-Salkhana Street, as the lighting fixtures are burned and the road is dark, and the street has a market every Tuesday, which leads to the possibility of injury or harm to passers-by when the vendors spread out in the dark and hammer iron cans and the street is dark, which causes many accidents and exposes the people of the village to danger and theft.
Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the presidency of the First District in Zagazig to quickly resolve the complaint and take the necessary action. The presidency of the district, in cooperation with the lighting department in the district, conducted an inspection on the ground and checked the electrical connections.
Accordingly, the necessary maintenance, electrical supply, and installation of the necessary spotlights were carried out to preserve the lives of citizens.
The residents expressed their happiness with the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor of Sharkia and the concerned authorities. |
