In implementation of the directives and instructions of Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways that are received through the unified government complaints system and social media and WhatsApp, in addition to field follow-up and engagement with citizens and listening to their problems and working to solve them. The residents of Kafr El-Hout in Faqus Center and City, called for help from the spread of garbage piles, as (A. A. F), one of the citizens, stated in his call for help to the "Your Voice is Heard" complaints service, "They suffer from the accumulation of garbage in the second railway station, which poses a threat to their lives, and helps in the spread of diseases and epidemics" in addition to the lack of garbage bins within the area. In order to preserve the health and safety of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in Sharkia responded to the distress call of the residents of Kafr, who are suffering from the accumulation of garbage that causes bad odors. Immediately, the director of the portal contacted the presidency of Faqous Center, who reported that sanitation officials are continuously removing garbage in coordination with the Railway Authority and with mechanical campaign equipment, and the necessary work is being done to preserve the lives of citizens. Regarding the lack of garbage bins, the presidency of the center reported that garbage bins are already included in the department's plan for the current year, and as soon as they are available, the area will be included in the bins plan. The residents expressed their happiness with the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor of Sharkia and the concerned authorities
