In implementation of the directives and instructions of Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways that are received through the unified government complaints system and social media, WhatsApp and websites, in addition to field follow-up and engagement with citizens and listening to their problems and working to solve them. To preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in Sharkia responded to the complaint monitored via Facebook to the unified complaints system in Sharkia, in which one of the citizens residing next to the Al Shohada "Martyrs" schools Complex in the Second District of Zagazig are harmed by the spread of garbage, which greatly affects their daily lives. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the presidency of the Second District of Zagazig to quickly resolve the complaint, and immediately the presidency of the district reported that upon receiving the complaint, the cleaning officials went to the place of the complaint and removed the accumulated garbage and did what was necessary to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents in the area expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to resolve the problem and thanked the governor of Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
