In implementation of the directives and instructions of Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways that are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp and websites, in addition to field follow-up and engagement with citizens and listening to their problems and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the Director of the Electronic Portal& the Unified Government Complaints System in Sharkia responded to the complaint monitored via Facebook of the electronic portal of Al Sharkia & the Unified Complaints System, in which one of the citizens residing in Al-Saadia village in Abu Hammad Center is affected by the spread of garbage, which greatly affects their daily lives. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the presidency of Abu Hammad Center to quickly resolve the complaint, and immediately the presidency of the center charged the cleaning officials to go to the place of the complaint and remove the accumulated garbage and what was necessary to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to resolve the problem and thanked the governor of Al Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
