In implementation of the directives and instructions of Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways that are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp and websites, in addition to field follow-up and engagement with citizens and listening to their problems and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in Sharkia responded to the complaint monitored via Facebook messages to the unified complaints system in Sharkia, in which citizens are harmed by the accumulation of sewage water on Sayed Hussein Street in the Neqiza area in front of Al-Salam Mosque next to Abaza Bridge affiliated to Faqus Center and City, which causes the spread of diseases and epidemics, which is reflected in the health of the residents. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the presidency of Faqus Center and City to quickly resolve the complaint, and immediately the presidency of the center reported that upon receiving the complaint, a work team was formed in coordination with the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company to sweep the accumulated sewage water in the streets using a fountain, equipment and workers. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked Al Sharkia governor and the concerned authorities.
