Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, issued a decision for transferring the affiliation of the complaints system from the Information and Decision Support Center to the Secretariat of Government Complaints and Citizens' Satisfaction at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, as well as approving the draft decision of the Prime Minister regarding the reorganization of the unified government complaints system and the administrative divisions.
The decision stipulated that the unified government complaints system shall consist of all administrative, technical and human resource components in all government agencies and their affiliated units at all levels in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which are responsible for receiving, examining, directing and responding to all government complaints, and that the system shall be based on a secure and interactive electronic work cycle to receive complaints and include all ministries, interests and government agencies, with the official communication channels it provides that achieve effective communication with the government and its various agencies. All government agencies referred to in this decision are committed to take all necessary administrative and technical measures to achieve secure electronic connectivity to the system’s electronic portal (www.shakawa.eg). |
