In implementation of the directives and instructions of Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp and websites, in addition to field follow-up and engagement with citizens, listening to their problems and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in Al Sharkia responded to the complaint monitored via Facebook for the unified complaints system in Al Sharkia, in which citizens are harmed by the lack of lighting in Mohamed Wanas Street in Youssef Bek Department, Second Zagazig District, which poses a threat to citizens and exposes them to danger daily. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the presidency of the Second District of Zagazig to quickly resolve the complaint. The presidency of the district immediately reported that upon receiving the complaint, the lighting officials at the center went to the location of the complaint and installed lamps on the poles and did what was necessary to preserve the lives and safety of citizens.
