In implementation of the directives and instructions of Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways that are received through the unified government complaints system and social media, WhatsApp and websites, in addition to field follow-up and engagement with citizens and listening to their problems and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in Sharkia responded to the complaint monitored via WhatsApp (Whats App) for the unified complaints system in Sharkia, in which citizens are harmed by the accumulation of sewage water in the streets of Kafr Abaza, affiliated with the local unit in Al-Zahraa in the center and city of Zagazig, which causes the spread of diseases and epidemics, which is reflected in the health of the residents. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the presidency of the Zagazig Center and City in Sharkia to quickly resolve the complaint, and immediately the presidency of the center reported that upon receiving the complaint, a work team was formed that included specialists from the presidency of the center in coordination with the head of the local unit in Zahraa and the drinking water and sanitation company to sweep the accumulated sewage water in the streets using a fountain, equipment and workers. The residents expressed their happiness with the quick and immediate response to resolve the problem and thanked the governor of Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
