In implementation of the directives and instructions of Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Al-Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interacting with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them.
In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal and the unified government complaints system in Al-Sharkia responded to the complaint monitored via Facebook (face book) of the unified complaints system, in which a citizen residing in the second section of the Nqiza residences in the center and city of Faqous was harmed by a citizen’s violation and by pouring columns and a roof in his place, in violation of the law and failure to preserve the prestige of the state and the lack of recovery of its rights.
Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the presidency of the center and city of Faqus to quickly resolve the complaint. The presidency of the center reported that an inspection was carried out in person immediately upon receiving the complaint and the validity of what was stated therein was found to be true. Accordingly, the wooden block was dismantled and the violation was dealt with in the cradle.
The complainant expressed his happiness at the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked Governor of Al-Sharkia and the concerned authorities
