In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in AlSharkia responded to the complaint monitored via WhatsApp (WhatsApp) of the unified complaints system in AlSharkia, in which citizens are affected by the lack of water in the Al-Nawamis Canal branching off from the Sababa Canal in the Abu Kabir Center for Irrigating Summer Agriculture, which puts the crop at risk due to the lack of water. . The director of the electronic portal immediately contacted the Irrigation Directorate in Sharqia to quickly resolve the complaint, and the Irrigation Directorate immediately reported that the watercourse in question is the Al-Nawamis Canal, taken from the right bank of the Sababa Canal, kilometer (18,000) and a distance of (2,880 kilometers long), and its control (450) acres has been decided. All complaints of lack of irrigation water along the canal. The residents expressed their happiness at the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the Governor of Al-Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
