In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal of the unified government complaints system in Sharqiya responded to the complaint monitored via Facebook of the unified complaints system , in which citizens in the center and city of Ibrahimiya are harmed by the presence of a tree whose branches extend between the electricity wires in front of the city center, which represents a threat to citizens and exposes them to danger on a daily basis. The director of the electronic portal immediately contacted the presidency of the Ibrahimiyya Center and City to quickly resolve the complaint, and immediately the presidency of the center reported that upon receiving the complaint, the occupancy and cleanliness officials went to the place in question and the trees were trimmed and trimmed and the necessary work was done to preserve the lives of the citizens. The residents expressed their happiness at the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the Governor of Al-Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
