Title:Immediate response to the complaint of the spread of garbage in the Al-Qawmiya

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interacting with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. Thus, the director of the electronic portal & the unified government complaints system responded to the complaint via Facebook , in which a citizen residing in the Al-Qawmiya area, was harmed by the spread of garbage on Al-Shari’i Street in Al-Qawmiya, which greatly affects their daily lives. The director of the electronic portal immediately contacted the presidency of a second district in Zagazig to quickly resolve the complaint, and the district presidency immediately reported that upon receiving the complaint, sanitation officials went to the place in question, removed the accumulations of garbage, and did what was necessary to preserve the lives of the citizens. The residents expressed their happiness at the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor of Al-Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
