In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of depermanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, and WhatsApp, in addition to field follow-up, engaging with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them.
The people of the old Salhiya village in the center and city of Faqus in Sharkia Governorate, called for help from the spread of piles of garbage, as one of the citizens (H.H.A.) stated, in his call for help to the “Your Voice is Heard” complaints service, “They are suffering from the accumulation of garbage next to Al Majid Mosque in the village, which is helping to spread diseases and epidemics.
In order to preserve the health and safety of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system responded to the calls for help from the villagers, who are affected by the accumulation of garbage that causes the emission of unpleasant odors.
Immediately, the director of the portal contacted the leadership of Faqus Center, and reported that cleaning officials had gone to the place in question, removed the accumulations of garbage, and done what was necessary to preserve the lives of citizens.
The residents expressed their happiness at the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor of Al-Sharkia and the concerned authorities. |
