In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, engaging with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them.
In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in the Eastern Province responded to the complaint monitored via (Facebook) of the unified complaints system in Al Sharkia Province, in which a citizen residing in the center and city of Mashtoul Al-Souq was affected by a water outage a day and a half ago, which greatly affects their daily lives.
Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the concerned authorities to quickly resolve the complaint, and the Al Sharkia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company immediately reported that the reason for the water outage was a break in a main water line with a diameter of (1000 mm). After examination and inspection, the repair of the fault was completed, the water was opened, and it was being topped up. Pressures on networks to ensure the fulfillment of citizens’ needs.
The complainant expressed his happiness at the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the Governor of Al Sharkia and the concerned authorities. |
