H., reported in his call for help to the complaints system of the Council of Ministers via WhatsApp that they are suffering from the accumulation of garbage, which represents a threat to their lives. In order to preserve the health and safety of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system responded to the calls for help and contacted the leadership of Al Ibrahimiya Center and City, and reported that cleaning officials had gone to the place in question, removed the accumulations of garbage, and done what was necessary to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor of Al-Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
