Title:An immediate response to a complaint about a broken sewage pipe, Abu Hammad.

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, and WhatsApp, in addition to field follow-up, engaging with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. The citizen (A.M.S.) residing on Martyr Amin Shaheen Street, branching from the main Port Said Street in Abu Hammad, called for help because there was a broken sewage pipe, causing sewage leak into neighboring properties and it became a source that threatens their lives and exposes them to danger. Immediately, the portal director contacted Sharkia Water& Sanitation Company, which reported that repair work had been completed. Follow-up was conducted with the citizen who filed the complaint, who confirmed that the solution had been completed in order to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor of Al-Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
