Title:Unified government complaints system responds to complaints from the people of Al-Uqda, Minya Al-Qamh

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, engaging with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. The people of Al-Uqdah village, in the center and city of Minya Al-Qamh, cried out for help because the public lighting at the entrance to the village was not turned on, as the lighting lamps had been burned out two months ago and the road was dark, causing many accidents and also exposing the villagers to danger and theft. The director of the electronic portal immediately contacted the Presidency of the Center and City of Minya Al-Qamh to quickly resolve the complaint and take the necessary measures. The Presidency of the Center, in conjunction with the Center’s Lighting Department, carried out an on-site inspection and examined the electrical connections. Accordingly, the necessary maintenance was carried out, some poles and electrical supplies were planted, and the necessary floodlights were installed in order to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor and the concerned authorities.
