In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interacting with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. The director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system responded to the complaint received via WhatsApp from the complaints system of the Council of Ministers, in which citizens residing on Port Said Street in the center and city of Abu Hammad were harmed by the presence of the occupancy of one of the clothing store owners and her encroachment on the right of way, which obstructs the movement of pedestrians and cars. . Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the presidency of the center and city of Abu Hammad to quickly resolve the complaint and take the necessary measures. Immediately, the presidency of the center, in conjunction with the neighborhood occupancy department and the facilities police, launched a campaign to remove occupancy on Port Said Street and achieve discipline in the street. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor and the concerned authorities.
