Title:Immediate response to a complaint about the presence of a two-meter-deep hole in the center and city of Belbeis

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interact with citizens, listen to their problems, and work to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in the Eastern Province responded to the complaint received via WhatsApp from the complaints system of the Council of Ministers, in which the citizen (A.A.A), residing in Al-Saadat in Belbeis center and city of , was harmed by the presence of a hole two meters deep, which endangers the lives of children and the people of the region. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the leadership of the center and city of Belbeis to quickly resolve the complaint, and a physical inspection revealed the validity of the complaint, confirming that the hole was for construction work on a pedestrian bridge. Accordingly, the water was cleared, the responsible engineer was contacted, and phosphorescent signs and cement barriers were placed until the bridge work was completed, and thus the bridge work was removed. The reasons for the complaint are to protect the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor and the concerned authorities.
