Title:Immediate response to a complaint about the existence of an open pit in Al Montazah section, Zagazig neighborhood

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interacting with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system responded to the complaint received via WhatsApp from the complaints system of the Council of Ministers, in which the residents of Muhammad Jabr and Al-Haddadin Streets in the Montazah section of Zagazig first neighborhood, are harmed by the presence of an open pit that exposes the lives of the people of the region and children to danger, in addition to the fall and accumulation of garbage in it. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the concerned party, Water and Sanitation Company, to quickly resolve the complaint. An on-site inspection was carried out, and a new septic tank cover was installed to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor and the concerned authorities.
