In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, and WhatsApp, in addition to field follow-up, engage with citizens, listen to their problems, and work to solve them. The people of Al-Aziziyah village in Minya Al-Qamh, called for help from the spread of piles of garbage, as one of the citizens (M.A.A.) reported, in his call for help to the “Your Voice is Heard” complaints service, “They are suffering from the accumulation of garbage on Al-Rahma Street in the village, which helps to spread diseases.” and epidemics.” In order to preserve the health and safety of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system responded to the calls for help from the villagers. Immediately contacting the leadership of Minya Al-Qamh Center, and reported that cleaning officials to remove the accumulations of garbage, and done what was necessary to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor and the concerned authorities.
