Title:An immediate response to a complaint about the lack of lighting at the entrance to Tal Muhammad village, Al-Ibrahimiya

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, engaging with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints systemresponded to the complaint received via WhatsApp to the complaints system of the Council of Ministers, in which the people of the village of Tal Muhammad in Ezbat Zein al-Din, affiliated with the center and city of Al Ibrahimiyya, are harmed by the lack of any lighting in the entire entrance, which threatens citizens passing by and exposes their lives to the risk of death and theft. An on-site inspection was carried out and the electrical connections were examined. Accordingly, the lighting poles were maintained and floodlights were installed to cover the entrance and the entire road was illuminated in order to preserve the lives of the citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor and the concerned authorities.
