In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of AlSharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interacting with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. The residents of Al-Maraqbi Street called for help from Al Ishara department of the Presidency of Zagazig Second District, from the spread of garbages, as one of the citizens reported, in his call for help to the complaints system of the Council of Ministers via WhatsApp, that they are suffering from the accumulation of garbage next to an electric kiosk and the garbage surrounding the kiosk from everywhere, and the shops and houses next to the kiosk, which represents a threat to their lives, and helps spread diseases and epidemics.". Immediately, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system contacted the leadership of the second district, and reported that cleaning officials had gone to the place in question, removed the accumulations of garbage, and done what was necessary to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor and the concerned authorities.
