In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, and WhatsApp, in addition to field follow-up, engaging with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. The people of the local unit of Didamon in the center and the city of Faqus in Al Sharkia Governorate called for help from the spread of garbage mounds, as one of the citizens, A.M.A., reported in his call for help to the “Your Voice is Heard” complaints service, “They are suffering from the accumulation of garbage next to Al Abbasa station, which represents a threat to their lives.” It helps in the spread of diseases and epidemics.” In order to preserve the health and safety of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in Sharqia responded to the calls for help from the people of the unit, who are affected by the accumulation of garbage that causes the emission of unpleasant odors. Immediately, the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system director contacted the leadership of Faqus Center, and reported that cleaning officials had gone to the place in question, removed the accumulations of garbage, and done what was necessary to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor and the concerned authorities.
