In this context, the government complaints system in Sharkia Governorate received a complaint from a citizen complaining that the streets of the village of Awlad Musa, which is affiliated with the Presidency, and the city of Abu Kabir, are dark, especially the area of Muslim cemeteries, and the roads have no visibility at all, and since the road is connected by many estates, citizens will pass through it to cast their votes at the electoral wedding, especially at night. . Accordingly, the system’s work team immediately contacted the electricity company, and in coordination with the leadership of the center and city of Abu Kabir, the inspection was carried out, measures were taken, the road was illuminated, and the causes of the complaint were removed. The villagers thanked the governor and members of the executive branch for the quick response and resolution of the complaint. In a related context, the government complaints system in the governorate received a complaint from a citizen who was affected by the difficulty of opening the website of the National Elections Authority so that he could find out his electoral committee. He tried more than once, but the website did not respond and did not open. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal and the unified government complaints system contacted the Council of Ministers complaints system, which reported that the complainant had been contacted and explained that he was harmed by the failure to load the National Elections Authority’s website, and he was helping voters obtain the locations of their electoral committees, and the problem was solved and the website is now working. Well. As part of monitoring citizens’ complaints on social media sites, a complaint was monitored regarding the expatriate committees to be known to the electoral committee, and the complainant was notified to know the committees for expatriates from abroad at the level of Sharkia Governorate.
