In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, engaging with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in the Eastern Province responded to the complaint received via WhatsApp from the complaints system of the Council of Ministers, in which the people of the signal area residing on Muhammad Al-Gharbawi Street, branching from Bin Ziyad Street, behind Abdul Aziz Ali School, affiliated with the Thani Al-Zagazig neighborhood, are harmed by the spread of stray dogs in the area, which represents A threat to passersby and children. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the Directorate of Veterinary Medicine to quickly resolve the complaint. Immediately, a campaign was launched to combat stray dogs in cooperation with Environmental Affairs, where 3 stray dogs were executed and disposed of with the knowledge of Environmental Affairs. Thus, the causes of the complaint were removed in order to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor and the concerned authorities.
