Title:Immediate response and resolution of a complaint about electricity poles about to fall in Izbat Siam Talha in Burdeen

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interacting with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system responded to the complaint received via WhatsApp from the complaints system of the Council of Ministers, in which the citizen (H.M.M.), residing in Izbat Siam Talha Burdeen of Zagazig, is being harmed by electricity poles about to fall threatening citizens passing by and exposing their lives to the risk of death. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the Canal Electricity Distribution Company in the Eastern Province to quickly resolve the complaint. An on-site inspection was carried out and the electrical connections were examined. Accordingly, the necessary maintenance was carried out and some poles and electrical supplies were planted to preserve the lives of citizens. The complainant expressed his happiness at the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor of Al Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
