Title:An immediate response to the complaint of the people of Ezbet Ghazi in Deyarb Nejm

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, on the need for permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp and websites, in addition to field follow-up and engagement with citizens, listening to their problems and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal of the unified government complaints system responded to the complaint received via WhatsApp to the governorate’s complaints system, which reports the poor condition of one of the lighting poles due to its corrosion from rust, in Ezbet Ghazi of Safour local unit in in Deyreb Nejm center which threatens the lives of citizens risk. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal communicated with the head of the electricity company, in coordination with the Presidency of Deyerb Nejm Center and City, to quickly resolve the complaint. The people expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem, and thanked the governor and the concerned authorities.
