In implementation of the directives of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, to respond immediately and quickly to citizens' complaints received on the portal of the unified government complaints system and various social media pages. The staff of the complaints system in the governorate responded to a citizen’s complaint received through social media, in which he was affected by a broken pipe in Al-Ashraf Street, Hassan Saleh area, in Zagazig city, which caused the accumulation of water and the spread of the foul smell. And the portal manager communicated with the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Al Sharkia, coordinating with the Presidency of Zagazig Center and City and reporting the complaint to take the necessary action. The immediate maintenance team of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company was sent to the site, and the water on the street was suctioned yesterday evening until the company assigned to it execution of the necessary maintenance works for the existing leakage point in the expulsion line of the new Zagazig El bahry sewage lift station, with a diameter of 500 mm of concrete.
