-Request a brochure of conditions from the Contracting Department
- The price of the tender document (299) pounds, and the initial insurance (6000) pounds
- Bids shall be submitted in two envelopes (technical and financial).
- Insurance increases in the event of anchorage to 5%
-Bids that are not accompanied by a preliminary insurance or that are received after the specified date at twelve noon at the Contracting Department headquarters at the General Diwanwill not be considered.
- Any bid that violates the previous clauses will be disqualified without giving the reason
- Law 182 of 2018 and its executive regulations apply to this tender |
