Title:Al-sharkia Executive reviews the status of spatial variables, state property, advertisements, reconciliation in building violations, technology centers, and revenue collection.

Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, confirmed that the governorate is moving rapidly toward completing all important presidential projects, focusing on the legalization of state-owned land and the reconciliation of building violations, he also asserted that the governorate is exerting its control by removing illegal advertisements, addressing spatial changes and responding to them daily, and addressing building violations on agricultural land or illegal construction within urban areas.

This came during his chairmanship of the governorate's executive council meeting, attended by Eng. Lobna Abdel Aziz, Deputy Governor; Major General Abdel Ghaffar El-Deeb, Secretary General of the Governorate; Mohamed Nehme Kojak, Assistant Secretary General of the Governorate; Brigadier General Ahmed Ali Abu Al-Hamad, Deputy Military Advisor to the Governorate; Counselor Zakaria El-Shafei, Legal Advisor to the Governorate; Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Financial Advisor to the Governorate; Brigadier General Mohamed Fakhr, Director of Utilities Police; Brigadier General Ahmed El-Naggar, Director of Supply Investigations; Colonel Mohamed Salem, Deputy Director of the Traffic Department; representatives of Al-Azhar and the Church; directors of service directorates, agencies, and companies; heads of centers, cities, and neighborhoods; directors of general and specialized departments; and directors of property departments in centers, cities, and neighborhoods, the meeting was held in the meeting hall of the General Diwan.

During the meeting, Eng. Shaimaa Salah, Director of the Spatial Variables Unit, reviewed the status of the spatial variables system in the governorate, where it was noted that the total number of variables monitored so far has reached 166,187, of which 146,099 variables are under the governorate’s jurisdiction, 20,088 are under the Urban Communities Authority, 19,339 are under the Tenth of Ramadan City, and 749 are under the New Salhia Authority, the total number of variables responded to is 162,311, with an overall implementation rate of 97.7%. The governor stressed the need to take all legal measures against violators.

Engineer Amira Obaid, Supervisor of Technology Centers, also reviewed the status of requests for data certificates related to the reconciliation law, in accordance with the executive regulations of the law on reconciliation in some building violations and the regularization of their status issued by Law No. 187 of 2023. She also reviewed the status of the technology centers, which have so far received 1,450,195 reconciliation requests from citizens, of which 1,405,301 have been completed, with a total implementation rate of 99.28%. The Governor emphasized the need to expedite the completion of building certificates for citizens applying for reconciliation, facilitate procedures for citizens, and complete as many files as possible in the shortest possible time. Brigadier General Mahmoud Metwally, Director of the General Administration of Properties, also reviewed the status of the Property Department at the General Diwan. It was noted that the governorate has completed the registration of 13,428 contracts across the governorate's various centers and cities, and that contracting is currently underway for 938 applications after conducting the necessary inspections, adjudicating, collecting the down payment, and registering them on the system in accordance with the procedures taken in this regard. The meeting addressed the status of the first phase of the 26th wave to remove encroachments on state-owned land, which began on May 10, 2025 and will continue until May 30, 2025.

The governor emphasized the need to deal decisively with this important and vital issue and to enforce the law on everyone, Engineer Amira El-Shahat, Director of the Advertising Department, reviewed the status of advertising during the month of May, She noted that 556 violating advertisements were removed in coordination with the relevant authorities, the total number of licensed advertisements now stands at 26,028, in accordance with the law, to preserve public funds, and in line with the development and beautification plan currently underway in the governorate's cities. Eng. Weam Abdel Hakim, Director of the Licensing Center for Public Shops, reviewed the licensing status for the period from 12/1/2022 to 5/25/2025 in every center, city and neighborhood.

It was pointed out that the total number of licenses issued until May 25, 2025 reached 3,480 licenses, noting that Sharkia Governorate ranked seventh in the Republic since the start of the system in issuing licenses for public shops and second during the current month of May, so the governor stressed the need to accelerate steps in this vital and important file to preserve public money and implement the law.
