Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, confirmed the regularity of the local wheat crop supply process across all the storage sites of the governorate, which in turn works regularly in collecting and storing the wheat crop from suppliers and farmers since the beginning of the wheat supply season for the current year 2025, explaining that what has been supplied yesterday has reached 2055 tons and 963  kilograms as the total amount of what has been supplied so far reached 578,889 tons and 296 kilograms of local wheat.

In a parallel context, Eng. Abdel Karim Awadallah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply, pointed out that the condition of the storage locations require that the silos should be in metal, cement and field and these silos are inspected by the competent Supply Directorate.
