Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of ِAl-Sharkia, inaugurated the exhibition of the food items and Eid al-Adha supplies, w2hich is held in Tahrir Square in Zagazig city. The exhibition was held in cooperation between the Chamber of Commerce, the Governorate and the Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade, which is established in implementation of the political leadership's directives to provide goods and food items at reduced prices for citizens in conjunction with Eid al-Adha.

The Governor inspected the exhibition's sections, which included food items at competitive prices, 25 to 30% lower than similar products in the market. The exhibition is scheduled to continue until Eid al-Adha.

The Governor praised the serious cooperation between the Chamber of Commerce, merchants, and exhibitors, their response to the price reductions and the quality and variety of the products. He also praised the presence of a veterinary team to ensure the quality of the products.

The inauguration was attended by Mr. Mohamed Nehme Kojak, Assistant Secretary General of the Governorate, Eng. Mohamed El-Zahid, Chairman of the Commerce Chamber in Sharkia, Eng. Abdel Karim Awadallah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, Major General Dr. Ibrahim Metwally, Undersecretary of Veterinary Medicine Directorate.
