Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia governor, sent a congratulatory telegram to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, on the occasion of the celebration of the anniversary of the night of the middle of Sha`ban, in which he said: “I am pleased and honored to extend to Your Excellency, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Al Sharkia, my sincere greetings, coupled with the highest verses of pride, on the occasion of the celebration of the anniversary of the night of the middle of Sha’ban. May Allah bring it back to your Excellency and to the Arab and Islamic nation with goodness, right and blessings. On this solemn occasion, we turn to the Almighty Allah to return it on Your Excellency with good health and happiness, and to grant you success in what is good for our dear Egypt and a better life for the people of Egypt. We pledge to Allah and we pledge to you to move forward towards achieving prosperity and building the new Egypt that we dream of. The governor also sent similar congratulatory telegrams to Prime Minister and Minister responsible for investment affairs and administrative reform, to His Eminence the Grand Imam, to Professor Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar Gomaa, Minister of Endowments, and to His Eminence Prof, Dr. Shawqi Allam, Mufti of the Republic... praying to Allah Almighty to protect Egypt and its people from all harm and evil.
