Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, praised the efforts of the unified government complaints system in Sharkia Governorate to receive (2792) complaints and requests during April. (2667) complaints and requests were responded to at a rate of (95%) according to the rules of examining and reviewing of the complaints before forwarding them to the competent authorities. (125) complaints and requests are currently being reviewed and examined, in preparation for taking the necessary action. In addition, (45) complaints from citizens were received through the "Your Voice is Heard" initiative, launched by the Ministry of Local Development under the auspices of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister. (43) Complaints were responded to at a completion rate of 95%, as the total number of the implemented complaints and requests reached (2710) complaints and requests.
For his side, Mr. Walid Abdel Hamid, Director of the Electronic Portal and Unified Government Complaints System in Sharkia Governorate, explained that the citizens’ complaints are being received on a regular basis through the suit of the Unified Government Complaints System https://www.shakwa.eg or the hotline (16528) or through the “At Your Service” application on mobile phones for Android & IOS and the citizens' complaints system email shakwa@sharkia.gov.eg. Citizens’ complaints are also received through Sharkia Governorate’s landline number 055-2333391 (three lines), fax (055/2369134), or through the messages on FB https://www.facebook.com/sharkiaportal.ar Citizens can send their complaints supported by photos via the governorate’s official WhatsApp (01270664666).
