Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, explained that the Citizen Services Department at General Diwan responded to (281) complaints and (101) requests at total of (382) complaints and requests during the month of April, representing 100% of the total, in coordination with ministries, agencies, service directorates, centers, cities, neighborhoods and General Diwan departments.

In a related context, Mr. Ibrahim Ezz El-Din, manager of the Citizen Services Department at General Diwan, indicated that the complaints and requests received by the department during the month of April varied between unlicensed construction, requests for utilities such as drinking water and sewage, electricity, and natural gas connections, in addition to requests for land legalization for squatters, grievances from some employees, requests for social security and dignity pensions and job applications in the private sector only.
