Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, made an inspection visit to the Technology Center for Citizen Services in Zagazig Center. The center includes 13 counters providing various services to citizens using a single window system, ensuring citizens receive services without direct contact with service providers, in line with the principles of transparency and integrity. The governor reviewed the workflow at the Technology Center of Zagazig center through the new system for receiving reconciliation requests for building violations, in accordance with the executive regulations of the Law on Reconciliation in Certain Building Violations and Legalization of Their Status, issued by Law No. 187/ 2023. He also reviewed the issuance of data certificates, emphasizing the expedited implementation of this vital and important file for citizens. El-Ashmouny met with citizens to identify any obstacles or problems they may face in submitting reconciliation requests, directing them to resolve any problems immediately and providing all necessary support to serious citizens wishing to reconcile building violations and legalize their status in accordance with the law. The governor visited the Citizen Service Technology Center in the First District of Zagazig, which includes seven counters providing a full range of services to citizens. He emphasized the need to facilitate the process for serious citizens wishing to settle building violations, legalize their status in accordance with the law, and complete as many cases as possible in the shortest possible time. This is in implementation of the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the instructions of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly to remove all obstacles and simplify procedures for citizens, especially those with disabilities and the elderly. The governor of Sharkia confirmed that he will continue his surprise visits to monitor the progress of work at the technology centers in the centers, cities, and neighborhoods to determine the number of requests submitted by citizens to settle certain building violations. He emphasized that he will not tolerate any negligence or shortcomings in this vital and important matter.
