As part of his ongoing monitoring of the development and beautification work underway in the governorate's centers and cities, Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, inspected the interlocking tile installation work on the Imam Malik and Al-Najdi Streets in the First District of Zagazig. The work is being implemented on an area of 12,900 m2 at a cost of EGP 4,582,000. This project is in line with the governorate's development and beautification plan to restore the aesthetic and civilized appearance of its cities.
El-Ashmouny was briefed by Mr. Ahmed Dahi, Head of the First District of Zagazig, on the nature of the ongoing work. It was noted that the completion rate of the interlocking tile installation work on the streets branching off from Imam Malik and Al-Najdi Streets has reached 90%. This is part of the investment plan for the current fiscal year 2024/2025, to restore the aesthetic and civilized appearance of the area and provide better services to its residents.
The governor met with a number of residents of the area, who expressed their happiness at the Governor's presence among them to monitor the ongoing work and his commitment to completing it as quickly as possible and providing them with the best possible services.
The governor emphasized to the Head of the First District the need to continue monitoring the company assigned to implement the work and creating the appropriate environment for it to expedite completion according to the specified schedule and improve all services provided to citizens. |
