Title:Immediate Response to Citizens' Complaints Regarding Garbage Accumulation in Kafr Saqr Center

Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Sharkia Governor, directed the heads of centers, cities, and neighborhoods to maintain constant communication with citizens, open direct communication channels with them, monitor their complaints on social media platforms, and resolve them as quickly as possible. This is part of the social responsibility of executives in Sharkia. The governor emphasized that the executive branch places great importance on responding immediately to citizens' complaints, saying, "We are all striving to provide them with the best services." Following the directives of the Governor of Sharkia in this regard, Mr. Sobhi El-Hadi, Head of Kafr Saqr Center and City, responded immediately to citizens' complaints, which were monitored on the Center's official social media page. Citizens complained about the accumulation of garbage around the Awqaf Bank in Al-Salam neighborhood, which is causing the spread of diseases and epidemics. The governor emphasized to the heads of centers, cities, and neighborhoods the importance of continuous communication with citizens, listening to them, and meeting their needs through official communication channels, whether during the weekly citizen meetings or through official social media pages.
