Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of ِAl-Sharkia, leaded the Executive Council meeting to discuss a number of important issues and matters that benefit the citizens. The Governor began the meeting by congratulating His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the members of the Executive Council on the occasion of Laylat al-Qadr and Eid al-Fitr.

The Governor of Al-Sharkia emphasized that the Performance Excellence Incentives Initiative is considered one of the most important initiatives of the Ministry of Planning for the investment plan for the fiscal year (2024/2025), which aims to encourage the governorate offices to adopt international best practices in planning, monitoring, performance evaluation, public expenditure management, and the development of local government work systems, which contributes in localizing sustainable development goals at the governorate level, in line with Egypt's Vision 2030.
