Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, confirmed the continuation of the second phase of the 25th wave, which aims to remove illegal encroachments on agricultural land and state property within the governorate. This is in implementation of the President's directives to preserve state property, remove encroachments, and enforce the state's authority over its lands.
The governor explained that executive agencies, in coordination with security agencies, have cut off public utilities to homes illegally constructed on state property. The work resulted in the removal of four encroachments covering an area of 590 square meters in the centers of Zagazig and Minya Al-Qamh.
The governor indicated that the governorate, with all its agencies, will spare no effort in enforcing the law against those encroaching on agricultural land and state property, confronting any attempt at unlicensed, random construction, and imposing the state's authority. He also noted that all legal measures will be taken to prevent further encroachments after their removal. |
