Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, decided to refer the negligent employee s in the various health facilities for investigation due to their absence at their workplace and their failing to provide the services to citizens.

The Governor stressed the necessity of continuing to intensify the work of the follow-up committees and the surprise visits to the various health facilities to achieve discipline in the work system, improve the level of performance and raise the level of the services which are provided to the citizens.

In implementation of the governor’s instructions, Mr. Abdo Salem, manager of the on-site Follow-up Department at General Diwan, formed several committees to visit the health facilities in Alqinayat city and Diarb Negm Center to follow up on the regularity of its workers and ensure their commitment to the specified work hours. The committees resulted an absence of some employees at the health department in Qinayat city and the headquarters of the health unit at Ikrash village in Diarb Negm center, as their names were registered as leaving work status.

The Governor decided to refer the non-compliant workers for investigation according to the report in order to take the necessary legal procedures against them.
