Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, confirmed the continuation of implementing the second phase of the 25th wave to remove the illegal encroachments on the agricultural lands and the state property within the governorate, according to the instructions of President of the Republic to preserve the state property, remove the encroachments on it and impose the state’s prestige on its lands.

The governor clarified that the executive agencies, in coordination with the security services, cut off the public facilities from the homes which are established, in violation, on the state property and carried out the immediate removal of 20 cases of encroachment on an area of 2018 meters and 6 cases of encroachment on an area of 3 acres, 4 karat  in the centers and cities of ( Minya Al Qamh - Abu Hammad - Awlad Saqr - Zagazig - Belbeis-Abu Kabir).

The Governor of Al-Sharkia confirmed that the governorate and all its agencies will spare no effort in applying the law on the offenders on the agricultural lands and state property, facing any attempt of random building without a license, imposing the prestige of the state and taking all the legal procedures to prevent the encroachments from returning again after being removed.
