In implementation of the instructions of the political leadership and based on the instructions and directives of Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Al Sharkia, and in continuation of the implementation and establishment of one-day markets in the governorate's centers and cities, the "One-Day Market" was opened in the Fishermen's District in Zagazig City, to sell goods and food at prices reduced from their counterparts in the markets by up to 30%, held in cooperation between the governorate, Al Sharkia Chamber of Commerce, the Holding Company for Food Industries, private sector companies and major traders, and continuing until the end of the day. The governor confirmed that all executive agencies are intensifying their efforts in implementing initiatives with the aim of reducing the burden on citizens, providing goods at reasonable prices, and providing all possible forms of support to them. It is worth noting that this is the tenth consecutive time that one-day markets have been held in Al Sharkia, as the one-day market was opened in the centers of (Hihya, Faqous, Minya Al Qamh and Bilbeis), and it will be generalized to all centers of the governorate to achieve the greatest possible benefit for all citizens.
