Eng. Hazem El Ashmouni, Governor of ِAl-Sharkia, met with a number of citizens who applied to the Citizens' Service Office at General Diwan with complaints and requests... The Governor assigned the directors of service directorates and undersecretaries of the ministry to provide the necessary services and respond to the submitted requests, according to the law, to help the citizens and decrease their suffering.

The meeting included a presentation of the citizens' requests (suitable jobs in the private sector - Takaful and Karama pension - providing suitable housing - treatment) from the centers (Zagazig - Al-Husseiniya - Abu Kabir - Belbeis) and after reviewing them and examining the competent authorities, the governor decided to provide 4 job opportunities in the private sector, quickly extract the visa for Takaful and Karama, disburse urgent and monthly assistance for 4 cases, bear the school expenses for children for 5 cases, provide health care and free treatment for two cases and include a case in the initiative of President of the Republic "Decent Life for Housing".

The meeting was attended by the Secretary General of the Governorate, the Deputy Military Advisor, the Head of Zagazig Center, the Head of Zagazig First District, the Directors of the Service Directorates (Education and Health), the Undersecretary of the Solidarity Directorate, the Deputy Director of Al-Sharkia Health Insurance and the managers of the Diwan's Departments (Citizens Service and Housing Fund).
