Within the framework of the directives of Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Al Sharkia, to the heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods to open direct communication channels with citizens to listen to them and meet their needs to provide the best services to citizens to gain their confidence in the performance of the executive body in Sharkia. Mr. Ayman Heikal, head of San El Hagar city, headed to Al-Fashashna neighborhood in response to residents' complaints due to a water leak in the sewage line in the area, which caused the spread of diseases and epidemics and impeded the movement of pedestrians. Immediately, the city head coordinated with the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company to bring in the necessary equipment to repair the leak in the line and tighten and install new drainage pipes with a length of 20 meters, in order to preserve the environment and public health of citizens.
