Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, held a meeting with Mr. Ahmed Abdel Hadi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor, Mr. Alaa El-Din Shawky Mohamed, Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Misr Iran Spinning and Weaving Company, Mr. Mamoun Abdel Fattah, Administrative Director of the company, Mr. Reda Soliman, Financial Director of the company, and Mr. Abdel Nasser Abdel Shafie, Director of the Labor Office in Minya Al-Qamh, to discuss the demands and proposals of the company's employees and remove any obstacles facing them to ensure the wheel of production continues and the national product increases.
Governor of Al-Sharkia explained the importance of the spinning and weaving industry, which represents one of the main pillars of the Egyptian economy, and contributes to achieving a qualitative leap in the level of quality and production. It also represents an important step to maximize the added value of local products, open new export markets, and support the national economy.
The Governor stressed his keenness to closely follow up on existing industrial projects and remove any obstacles facing their workers to accelerate the pace of achievement and achieve the desired goals within the specified timeframes, stressing that the governorate is working to provide all forms of support to workers in private sector factories and companies to play their effective role in the production system.
During the meeting, the governor directed the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor to intensify efforts to strengthen labor relations between the two parties of production, the continuous presence of workers in the facilities, and tightening control over the implementation of the provisions of the law and removing the obstacles and problems facing the process of providing services to citizens in light of the new republic under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.
