Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, headed to follow up on the regularity of work inside the city's technology center, which provides services to citizens through 10 unified windows to ensure that citizens obtain services (issuing various licenses, requesting a site eligibility certificate from a planning perspective, licensing construction work, requesting utilities connection, requesting a site eligibility statement, requesting cancellation of an advertisement or occupation license, and requesting the legalization of a public place) and other services without a direct meeting with their performers within a framework of transparency and integrity, in the presence of Mr. Muhammad Nima Kujak, Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate, and Mr. Ayman Heikal, Head of Mashtool Al-Souq Center and City.
The governor stressed on the center's employees to facilitate citizens, facilitate procedures to complete reconciliation files, and complete as much of them as possible in the shortest possible time, while accelerating the process of extracting data certificates for citizens who have submitted requests for reconciliation in building violations in accordance with the executive regulations of the new reconciliation law No. 187 of 2023 AD, and providing all means of comfort for people with disabilities and the elderly while providing the service.
Governor of Al-Sharkia confirmed that the file of reconciliation in building violations is at the top of the list of work priorities during the current period, in implementation of the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and the assignments of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, to remove all obstacles first and foremost, simplify procedures for citizens, and accelerate performance rates in this vital and important file.
On foot, governor of Sharkia was keen to inspect a number of city streets to ensure that cleaning work is being carried out, occupations are being removed, and shop owners are committed to the spaces allocated to them to restore discipline to the street and restore the aesthetic and civilized appearance of the city.
The governor instructed the head of Mashtoul Souq Center to continue intensifying cleaning campaigns and removing encroachments from streets and public squares to restore order to the street, as well as carrying out the necessary maintenance work on lighting poles and providing the best services to citizens.
The governor confirmed that the governorate, with all its executive bodies, is doing its utmost to improve the services provided to citizens in all areas that citizens need, noting that the governorate is serious about completing the development and beautification plan and creating new traffic axes.
